Training Support and Management
Training Needs Analysis
- Evaluate tasks personnel are required to perform
- Evaluate legislative training requirements, company training requirements and risk mitigation training requirements
- Determine the training requirements of each position
- Determine refresher/recertification requirements
- Determine training completed previously
- Determine gap between training completed and training required for each person
Training Plans
- Develop Training Plans based on the Training Needs Analysis
- Training Plan implementation and reviews
Training Coordination
- Using the Training Plan, coordinate all training (internal & external)
- Liaise with Training Suppliers (Baseline and other Training providers) to schedule courses
- Liaise with Company Management to schedule candidates to courses
- Liaise with candidates to ensure attendance (notification, reminders)
- Liaise with key stakeholders to coordinate all required resources
