QLD WHITE CARD | Prepare to work safely in the construction industry

Introduction:

The National Code of Practice for White Card training for construction work requires workers to hold a general construction induction - White Card before the commencement of work.  It is compulsory to have a White Card in Australia. [QLD Work Health and Safety Act 2011].

• Baseline Training’s nationally accredited White Card course will prepare you to be work-site ready for any construction or building site
• Queensland White Card issued after successful completion of training

A White Card (or general construction induction card) is required for workers who want to carry out construction work.
 
This course is designed for participants who require need a white card including: 
  • • Site Managers
  • • Site Supervisors
  • • Site Surveyors
  • • Labourers and Tradespeople.
  • • Construction workers whose employment causes them to routinely enter operational construction zones

 
  • A White Card is a requirement across a number of industries. Some of the job roles that require the 'Whitecard' include: Construction Worker, Labourer, Security Officer (working on a construction site) Any other occupation on a construction site.
  • Upon successful completion of this course, each participant will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for the following unit:
  • • CPCCWHS1001 - Prepare to work safely in the construction industry
