Incident Management Response

This specialist, nationally accredited training program applies to Emergency Response team members who are performing the role of managing and coordination of emergency response. For operators who are required to assess the magnitude and impact of the emergency, gather and coordinate all the necessary emergency response personnel and equipment and direct their implementation, and initiate all the necessary communication responses, both within and outside the facility.

In addition, it includes training for personnel who are performing the role of information manager during the incident and are required to identify incident information needs and sources, ensure information systems are in place and correctly utilised to collect, analyse and report of data relating to incidents.

This program is designed for individuals or teams working in liaison with other shift and emergency team members, the incident commander, control-room operator and/or other personnel involved in the incident.

Our qualified appointed facilitators have extensive real-world frontline experience in delivering high-level incident management command and control specialist training.
