RTO Project Administrator
Jess joined Baseline Training in 2024, bringing valuable experience from her previous role as an Operations Support Officer in Corporate Protection. With a strong background in project coordination, operational efficiency, and scheduling, Jess excels in managing complex projects. She is eager to utilise her skills to contribute to the growth and success of Baseline Training.
Alana Weir
RTO Program and Compliance Coordinator
Alana’s career in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Sector began over 9 years ago. Alana’s experience has grown within the quality assurance, compliance, workplace health and safety, and business development areas within the organisations she has been employed.
Alana brings an abundance of skills and knowledge to assist in the successful implementation of compliance systems and procedures, improving the quality of training and assessment delivery for our clients and stakeholders.
Alana’s goals include being a key member of the Baseline Training team to contribute to a positive, energetic and ambitious environment where the needs of clients and stakeholders are consistently met, and expectations exceeded.
Emma Micevski
RTO Coordinator
Emma started with Baseline Training in 2019, and prides herself on being able to support clients, candidates and key internal projects at various levels with her friendly “can do professional attitude”. Emma has developed a great understanding of our training courses, RTO standards and our learning management system to ensure our operations are accurate and efficient.
